AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS
FORK & HOES
Hoes are manufactured in different varieties and sizes.All hoes are forged in one piece and are well shaped,symmetrical and free from flows, seams or other defects.All fins and flashes produced during forging are dressed to a level surface. The cuting edge is finished reasonably smooth. Hoes are given a protective coating of anti corrosive paint.Working ends of all hoes are finished bright. If specified, Hoes may be supplied in hardened condition (working end shall be hardened and tempered to a hardness range of 35 to 45 HRC) Hoes can also be supplied with handles. Handles are properly formed and smoothly finished to the shape.
PICKAXES & MATTOCKS
Picks and Mattocks are forged in one piece. The eye is forged when red hot and slow eye formation is adopted to avoid cracks and development of internal strain of the material. The Eye or Socket is symmetrically located and is oval in shape to grip the handle firmly. The working ends of pickaxes and Mattocks are tapered to generate more with less efforts giving optimum efficiency.The working ends are heat treated as well as points & chisel ends are finished bright. Picks and Mattocks are coated with a protective layer of anti corrosive paint and may be supplied with handles.
SHOVEL WITH HANDLE
The Shovel Blades are made of high quality carbon structual steel, hot rolled and shaped, heat treated, tempered, coated with anti corrosive paint and strictly inspected to provide moderate hardness,proper toughness and even tensile stress, sturdiness and durability. Shovel handels are made of selected hardwood.The surface of the handle is smoothly finished.The length and diameter are properly desinged to provide comfortable holding.The Shovels are available in T/Y/D grips or in straight long handles.
